- Territory has been well maintained with steady growth over the past several years, but with a lot of opportunity for further expansion.
Products/Markets: Specialty chemicals sold into Personal Care, HI&I and other markets.
Location/Territory and Travel:
- Geography size is AZ, NV, CA, parts of UT (SLC) OR, WA, and ID. $15+ MM territory. Position requires 50 % overnight travel.
- Selling direct and through distribution.
Responsibilities:
- The Account Manager is responsible for understanding trends in key customer market segments including; personal care, household, industrial and institutional cleaning, and laundry
- Blend of new business development and account maintenance
- Attend trade shows and other market-related events
Requirements: IDEAL:
- Technical degree, experience in formulations prior to moving into sales.
- Three-ten years
