Extraordinary Candidates

Under special circumstances, we take top-notch candidates “to market.” When we identify a candidate who is extraordinary, we will suggest this option. If you agree to be represented in this way, we act as an agent working with you to identify a marketing plan, targeting the companies that offer you the most opportunity, contacting target companies confidentially to advance your candidacy. As always, there is no fee to candidates for this service.

We define candidates as extraordinary if they possess the following:

  • Four-year degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science or other technical discipline
  • Two to fifteen years on the commercial side of the chemicals business (sales, marketing or management)
  • Experience with specialty ingredients or chemicals
  • Proven record of job stability, career growth and professional success
  • Fewer than three jobs in ten years

If your background does not fit the above description, you are still welcome to submit your background if you have a four-year degree, and experience in sales, marketing, technical service or management with ingredients or chemicals for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or personal care markets. We will maintain your resume in our database and contact you if any appropriate opportunities arise.
